my boys (4,8,10) and their friends have played with this toy 5 out of 7 days since we got it. at one time, we had five kids (4,8,10,11,11) all playing at once! the downhill gives lots of speed. they’ve built ‘rings of fire’ out of hangers and legos for the cars to jump through once they fly off the ramp. they’ve tested all their other hot wheels cars on it, figuring out which ones are best, figuring out how to tweak the track to maximize speed. (little lessons in physics.) i love the fact that there few pieces and they are so basic. in the end, just what i was looking for: lots of (creative) fun, modest price, compact storage, and assembled such that we wouldn’t immediately break or lose pieces. MUCH better than a big fancy set.

This cute case with the kitty front and back view has rings on the side for a strap. It is used for the Toshiba nb255 netbook. The netbook’s battery sticks out so i had to really stretch the zipper to fit it in. I’m glad for the neoprene that stretches. Hopefully the zipper will last. It is perfect for other netbooks that do not have this bulging battery like the Toshiba has but it will do fine for protecting the netbook from bumps and handling.

Mobile homes built on fixed foundations are appreciating properties – their values appreciate with the passage of time. Hence, after a few years of timely mortgage payments, the value of the mobile home will be much higher than what it was bought for. This difference is called mobile home equity. Equity on a mobile home is equal to the numerical difference between the appraisal value of the home and the value of the mortgage.
Equity is built up over a period of time, and it is the possession of the owner of the mobile home. Since equity is a financial asset, it can be used as collateral to take a further loan. Such loans are called mobile home equity loans. Mobile home equity loans could be up to 85% to 100% of the value of the built-up equity on the home, depending on the credit score of the borrower and policies of the lender.
The process of taking a mobile home equity loan is much simpler than taking a normal loan. This is because the mobile home itself will be kept as collateral, or to be more specific, the equity on the home will be the collateral. The lenders would first get the property appraised through their appraisal officer or any other licensed professional. Then the value of the mortgage taken earlier is verified, and the difference is calculated to provide the equity. Mobile home equity loans carry lower rates of interest and can be spread over longer periods than ordinary loans.
A mobile home equity loan can be described as a mortgage upon a mortgage. Equity loans become very useful if a person wishes to start a small business enterprise after buying a home. Usually the lenders would not ask any questions about the purpose of the equity loan – it can be used for anything from renovating the home to going on a cruise. Having said that, it is essential to remember that a home equity loan does increase the indebtedness of the person, and it is best to avoid them. No lender would provide a second equity loan, no matter how much equity is built up.

Sony LCS-AMA/B Digital SLR Carrying Case for Sony Alpha Digital SLR Camera Review
If all you need is a case for your basic Alpha with the basic lens kit then, this is it. In fact, it’s perfect.
What you get is the main compartment with sufficient room to fit your camera comfortably and 2 small side compartments where you could keep… I don’t know… maybe an extra battery, a memory card and some change for the tolls. You also get a shoulder strap and a handle on the top of the case. I found them both useful.
We had bought this case from Amazon about 5 months ago and we used it on 2 vacations (4 weeks) away from home as well as on several other weekend outings. The case is easy to carry and provides all the protection your camera needs save for some very heavy object crushing down on it or dropping it into deep water – it is NOT water-proof.
Carrying my Alpha in this case gives me peace of mind and the case is pretty too, for a camera carrying case, that is.

I just received my SECOND case. The first one was lost while on vacation. Thankfully, it was just the case and a couple of cables and not the camera.
I am adding this note only to testify that I was happy enough with this case to reorder the exact same model even though there are alternatives available and, sadly, it is more expensive now than it was the first time around.
Obviously, I maintain my initial 5-star rating.
